I entered the wrong shipping address at check out! What do I do?

Please email us at info@muzepens.com immediately if you find that you entered the shipping address incorrectly. If we have not yet shipped your order, we will make the correction for you. 

We typically dispatch packages within 24-48 hours of you placing your order. If your order ships to an incorrect address provided at the time the order is placed and is not retrievable, unfortunately we are not responsible and cannot offer reimbursement.

There’s a pen I want to buy, but my nib is unavailable. Can you swap out nibs?

Yes, we are happy to provide this service for you!  If you would like to order a pen but your nib is out of stock, feel free to email us at info@muzepens.com and we are happy to help.

There’s a handcrafted pen I’m interested in, but I want to know what the pen I am purchasing looks like. Am I able to choose?

Certainly. Some collections, due to the nature of the material and how it was made or it may have an assigned number based on the limited quantity produced, may have slight variations. If you would like to choose a specific piece from our collection, you may reach out to us through the chatbox on the bottom right  or via our various channels before making a purchase and we will be happy to help!

Do you sell any other brands or paper products?

How can I apply a discount code to my order?

When using a discount code and paying via Google Pay or Apple Pay, please ensure that you include the discount code at the check out page before selecting your payment method. If the discount code is not entered at this stage, it will not be applied to your order!

Do you offer currency conversion?

Not at this time. All transactions are made in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). It is up to you to calculate the exchange rate if you are paying with a different currency. 

Will I have to pay duties/customs?

By default on most orders, we use Hong Kong Post to ship out international packages as an affordable service that typically does not incur extra fees at the border custom. However, depending on your country of residence, some taxes may still be levied by the local customs, and you will be responsible for paying any assessed custom fees upon receipt.
