Shipping Options

Hong Kong, Macau:

  • Orders over HKD 1000 - Free Tracked Shipping
  • Orders under HKD 1000 - Standard Tracked Shipping 
  • In Store (Hong Kong only) - Free In Store Pick Up

The Rest of Asia:

  • Orders over HKD 2000 - Free Tracked Shipping
  • Orders under HKD 2000 - Standard Tracked Shipping or Expedited Tracked Shipping

*Notice to customers in Taiwan: Once an order has been placed, we will send you an email requesting for your ID #, which is required under Taiwan’s Real Name Authentication precaution for imported items. 

The Rest of the World:

  • Orders over HKD 5000 / USD 640 - Free Standard Tracked Shipping 
  • Orders under HKD 5000 / USD 640 - Standard Tracked Shipping or Expedited Tracked Shipping
    • Please enter your address details at checkout, and your shipping rates will populate automatically. 

Note: By default on most orders, we use Hong Kong Post (Postal Service Company) to ship out international packages as an affordable service that typically does not incur extra fees at the border custom. However, depending on your country of residence, some taxes may still be levied by the local customs, and you will be responsible for paying any assessed custom fees upon receipt. 

 

How much is my shipping?

Hong Kong and Macau have a flat rate of HKD 35.

For all other countries, the shipping rate is dependent on the order’s weight and will be calculated at checkout.

 

Which courier will my order be shipped through?

For Hong Kong and Macau, your order will be shipped through SF Express.

For Taiwan, your orders will be shipped through SF Express or E-Express.

For all other countries, Standard Tracked Shipping is shipped through E-Express. Express Tracked Shipping is shipped through Speed Post. 

 

When will my order arrive?

Standard Tracked Shipping: For Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, estimated delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days. For the rest of Asia, 2-7 working days. For the rest of the world, 7-14 working days.

Expedited Shipping: Within Asia, typically 2-4 days. For the rest of the world, around 3-5 days.

 

Order Tracking

All orders will include a tracking number. Once your order ships, we will send you an email that includes tracking information so that you can monitor where your package is! 

If you ordered from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, you may track your order here.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. During checkout, if you are unable to select your country, please email us at info@muzepens.com and we will try to help!

 

Order Processing and Dispatch

We typically dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of the time that your order was placed.

We are a retail shop in Hong Kong, and ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
