Sakura Cray-Pas Corporation, founded in 1921, is a manufacturer of art supplies and tools with over 100 years of history. Since the beginning, the company has devoted itself to research and developing drawing material for children. In 1925, Sakura Cray-Pas succeeded in producing a revolutionary drawing material that combined the easy use of crayons with the vibrant color palettes of pastels, hence giving rise to the name “Cray-Pas”. Following the company motto of “Coloring the Future”, Sakura Cray-Pas continues to make excellent coloring products “that have heart” and contribute to art education and culture worldwide.

In 2017, SAKURA craft_lab was launched as a sub-brand of the company. The aim is to make writing instruments for adults that are still uniquely Sakura Cray-Pas by incorporating vibrant colors of its drawing materials, vintage charm and modern minimalist design. The result is the creation of exquisite writing tools that achieve a perfect harmony between the nostalgic and the new, and that deeply touch the souls of those who use them.

How much is my shipping?

Hong Kong and Macau have a flat rate of HKD 35.

For all other countries, the shipping rate is dependent on the order’s weight and will be calculated at checkout.

Which courier will my order be shipped through?

For Hong Kong and Macau, your order will be shipped through SF Express.

For Taiwan, your orders will be shipped through SF Express or E-Express.

For all other countries, Standard Tracked Shipping is shipped through E-Express. Express Tracked Shipping is shipped through Speed Post.

When will my order arrive?

Standard Tracked Shipping: For Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, estimated delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days. For the rest of Asia, 2-7 working days. For the rest of the world, 7-14 working days.

Expedited Shipping: Within Asia, typically 2-4 days. For the rest of the world, around 3-5 days.
