Return Policy

If you’ve made an online purchase from us, you will have 30 days from the order’s date of arrival to submit a return/exchange/refund request. If you made an in-store purchase, please return the item in store within 30 days of the day you purchased it.

Please note that we can only accept returns if the item is in the same condition that you received it - in its original packaging, unworn and unused, with all tags and labels. Any products that have been engraved cannot be returned, unless damaged upon receipt.

However, if we made a mistake by sending the wrong item or perhaps your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will make it right!

 

How do I return something to you?

Before sending us a return, please email us at info@muzepens.com with the following details:

  • Order #
  • Return reason
  • Images of item

Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with a return authorization #. 

  • If we made a mistake, we will send you a paid shipping label which you can use to send us the returned item.
  • If this is a preferential return (you simply changed your mind about the item), you will be responsible for shipping arrangements and shipping costs.

Once your return is received, we will inspect the package for approval. Then, a refund will be sent back to your original form of payment. For preferential returns, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
