Expansive Mist (空嵐) is a soft, gray-toned blue shade.

As autumn graces the warm, subtropical island of Taiwan, the sun softens its intensity, and the rain begins to settle into a gentle rhythm, a welcome change from the summer’s blazing sun. Those who sought shelter from the sweltering heat are now emerging from their cozy havens, ready to embrace the most delightful season to venture outdoors. This time, Lennon Tool Bar invites you to explore the enchanting Alishan Mountains, where ancient trees stand tall amidst a serene mist in Northeastern Taiwan, and where crimson iron dragons were once believed to be protectors of its inhabitants. Now, let’s go on this trip!

As the sun dips into the sea, a mist encroaches upon the mountainous city like rolling tides. The entire hill seems to be concealed within the folds of time, preserved along the secluded northeastern coast and isolated from the rest of the world.

Lennon Tool Bar was founded in 2014 at Tamsui, Taiwan. Initially they produced and promoted the art and craft of Indigo Dyeing, a business that flourished a century ago when Taiwan exported a considerable amount of “doroai” — or the raw material of colorants used in Indigo Dyeing — to the Japanese Empire. In recent years, Lennon Tool Bar has launched a series of fountain pen inks in order to popularize colors used in Indigo Dyeing and to present the enduring beauty of traditional workmanship. They continue to share various facets of Taiwan’s culture through their thoughtfully curated collections of ink.

  • Orders over HKD 2000 - Free Tracked Shipping
  • Orders under HKD 2000 - Standard Tracked Shipping or Expedited Tracked Shipping

Note: By default on most orders, we use Hong Kong Post (Postal Service Company) to ship out international packages as an affordable service that typically does not incur extra fees at the border custom. However, depending on your country of residence, some taxes may still be levied by the local customs, and you will be responsible for paying any assessed custom fees upon receipt. 

 

How much is my shipping?

Hong Kong and Macau have a flat rate of HKD 35.

For all other countries, the shipping rate is dependent on the order’s weight and will be calculated at checkout.

 

Which courier will my order be shipped through?

For Hong Kong and Macau, your order will be shipped through SF Express.

For Taiwan, your orders will be shipped through SF Express or E-Express.

For all other countries, Standard Tracked Shipping is shipped through E-Express. Express Tracked Shipping is shipped through Speed Post. 

 

When will my order arrive?

Standard Tracked Shipping: For Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, estimated delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days. For the rest of Asia, 2-7 working days. For the rest of the world, 7-14 working days.

Expedited Shipping: Within Asia, typically 2-4 days. For the rest of the world, around 3-5 days.

 

Order Tracking

All orders will include a tracking number. Once your order ships, we will send you an email that includes tracking information so that you can monitor where your package is!
